Brand Discipline

Based on key consumer and category insights, SCS created a powerful creative platform for Boost Mobile that introduced two friendly retail spokespersons eager to help alleviate customers pain points and a visual brand device, The Switch, that drove the call-to-action. Executed within the retail environment and around stores with OOH, and then extended across social, digital, and experiential touchpoints, SCS helped Boost Mobile acquire 1.5M new customers in 18 months, 100M+ in new revenue, increasing overall satisfaction of the brand to 87%.

By tuning the engine of e-commerce, search discovery and optimizing performance media, we accelerate lower-funnel sales and maximize return on ad spend DTC performance.

Performance Discipline

The Home Depot Canada partnered with SCS to launch a Predictive Prospecting campaign that used advanced audience insights, interactive ad formats, and dynamic personalization to engage high-intent shoppers. By analyzing real-time behaviors, the campaign delivered highly relevant messaging that drove engagement and conversions across key product categories. This seamless connection between data and creative execution resulted in an 867% year-over-year increase in ROAS, maximizing The Home Depot’s digital marketing impact.

Digital Discipline

As a leader in licensed camouflage design, Realtree needed a refreshed digital presence that blended storytelling with commerce while featuring their own products. SCS created a seamless e-commerce experience where brand heritage and product discovery converged. By designing a user experience that made the transition from story to store effortless, SCS helped Realtree stand out in a crowded market increasing online sales 50% in the first year alone.

Neutrogena used Add-to-Cart Ads to drive engagement and direct-to-cart purchases through Walmart. Consumers spent 15-23 seconds engaging, with an average of 15-20 interactions per session. The Healthy Scalp Hydro Boost shampoo captured 69% of all clicks, while Rapid Tone ads saw a 190.8% interaction rate.

Umbra boosts ecommerce sales with true intent

Umbra used True Intent to identify high-intent shoppers, lowering costs and increasing conversions. The campaign delivered a 92% decrease in CPC, a 67% increase in eCommerce revenue, and a 200% increase in ROAS by optimizing retargeting strategies.

Lowe’s leveraged True Intent data and shoppable ad units to engage high-intent shoppers. By integrating their product API, we pulled in real-time Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals, ensuring shoppers saw in-stock, discounted products. The campaign achieved $18.07 ROAS on Black Friday (5.5X higher), $20.04 ROAS on Cyber Monday (7X higher), and $15.38 overall ROAS (8.7X higher).

The Vans case for Radical Momentum

As Vans’ digital media AOR, SCS helped turn brand awareness into real-world impact. By partnering with a 3rd party measurement company, we crafted brand campaigns based on insights and proved the impact of brand metrics on ROI and revenue. Brand media included a combination of Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat), Influencers, CTV, OLV/YouTube, Programmatic Display, Contextual Digital Partnerships/Paid Editorial & OOH. To complement brand efforts, Vans also ran performance media to drive sales including Search, PLA, Social, Display and Affiliate Channels. 
Based on monthly MROI/MTA models and constant media optimization, our brand media contribution to sales increased from 4% of all marketing sales to 10.7% within a year. It was ultimately proven that brand media was highly profitable and consistently drove high revenue and efficient ROI: Average brand media ROI $4.12 & performance media ROI: $2.26.

In addition, Vans wanted to measure the impact of TikTok as a large part of their audience was on the platform, based on the MROI/MTA measurement model to measure, despite a slightly higher CPM, TikTok drove the highest ROI out of all the platforms consistently with a 2x+ over the breakeven point.

SCS developed and managed the Vans influencers on TikTok integrated into the media metrics of the campaign, resulting in TikTok influencers driving stronger video completions, clicks, and engagement than all other brand advertising assets. SCS ran an influencer campaign that sparked UGC influencer handles able to capture stronger ER and more efficient CPCV.
